That video was really cool!!! I think that the best part was the Jungles though. We learned that birds of paradise will try to attract a mate by using a colorful display of feathers and a call. Also, we learned that every time a tree falls, 100's of other plants will burst into life on the forest floor (which is usually dark), each reaching for a spot in the sun. Within several years, the hole where light once came through will be comepletely dark. Another thing that I found very interesting were those "gliding" (they are suicide if you ask me, gliding is just an excuse, KIDDING :)frogs that jump from tree to tree. Trees in the jungles can absorb several TONS of water each year. (thirsty much?) The grassland biome was pretty cool, but my favorite part were those little puffy things that live in holes. (pykas I think they were called...) Overall, that video was cool and I look foreward to seeing the rest of the biomes later on! (caves and underwater are the best)
